As the owner and lead planner behind North Texas Event Planner, Hannah is the kind of professional who brings both elegance and ease to every celebration. So when she reached out for a brand session to capture her growing team and showcase what it’s like to work with them, I couldn’t wait to get started.

For this brand session, we chose two locations to give a full behind-the-scenes look at who Hannah and her team are—both as individuals and as professionals. We started in a gorgeous event hall where Hannah and her team recreated an event set-up. They brought in rentals and décor elements to give the photos an elevated yet realistic feel. Think stunning tablescapes, curated details like tableware, florals, candles, and custom signage—all arranged with intention and care. I had SO much fun capturing these shots as Hannah and her team worked!
Then, to give potential clients a true sense of what it’s like to work with North Texas Event Planner, we even included a mock client walkthrough. These photos showcased Hannah and her team in action as they consulted, collaborated, and brought a vision to life. It was the perfect way to document not just the final result, but the process and the people behind it!
Next, we headed to a bright, natural-light studio to capture clean, modern headshots and lifestyle images that reflect the warmth and personality behind the business. I always say that brand photos should feel like you, and these images are just that!
