Back in 2022, I offered a six-month, 1:1 coaching program for female business owners. This program sold out within two days of opening the doors, and coaching these women was, by far, the most rewarding and challenging thing I’ve done in my decade of being a business owner.
Coaching allowed me to work with and support women who, like me, knew that there had to be a better way to do business, but who felt like they had to prioritize their businesses over everything else – including their families and their clients – to succeed.
I know that story well because I lived that way for a long time. During my five years as a wedding and portrait photographer, I was making six figures, but I missed my baby’s first steps and nearly every one of my oldest son’s soccer games. After leaving my wedding photography business behind and diving into brand photography, I was finally able to cultivate the life that I want: one that doesn’t require me to choose between motherhood and business.
I loved my experience as a coach. But just two months after the first round of Arc Creative Coaching came to a close, I got the keys to my studio, Arc Creative Space, and I absolutely threw everything I had into that massive project. Opening a photography studio took all of my energy and capacity, so I pushed “pause” on the education side of my business, telling myself that I’d jump back in when it felt right.
And now? It. feels. right.✨
This year has organically allowed me so many opportunities to grow the educational side of my business, including being asked to teach brand photography at Sabrina Gebhardt’s Root to Rise mastermind retreat AND being selected to speak about brand photography and videography at The Reset Conference this spring! – and so I’m leaning into that and following that path gently. However, I’m very aware that I’m weeks away from welcoming a new baby into our family, and I plan to take a maternity leave to enjoy the baby snuggles and ease our transition to a family of eight. So, I’m being intentional about what I take on at this time in my life.
With that being said, I’m opening up a handful of opportunities to book a 1:1 coaching call with me. These calls will last 60 minutes and will take place on Zoom, and I’m offering them at a DEEPLY discounted rate of $250 for a limited time. In addition to the coaching call, you’ll also get a week of Voxer access to me after our call to work through any questions you have!
I’ve helped previous coaching clients talk through everything from pricing, marketing, organization, and systems to client experience, editing, lighting, and more, and I’d love to support YOU, too!
